Do you recycle or donate items?
Yes, we do our best to recycle and donate items that are still in usable condition. This helps reduce waste and supports local charities in our community whenever we’re able to donate.
Can you handle large or heavy items?
Yes, we have the equipment and crew to handle large and heavy items such as furniture, appliances, and hot tubs. As long as two of our crew members can safely lift the item, we can remove it.
How do I prepare for your arrival?
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please be prepared for our crew when they arrive. Here are a few tips:
- Group Items Together: Place items for removal in centralized piles or designated areas so our crew can easily identify what needs to be taken.
- Separate for Donation and Junk: Create separate piles for items suitable for donation and those that are junk. This helps us efficiently sort reusable items during loading.
- Secure Pets: Make sure pets are safely secured in an area away from the removal activity to avoid any disturbances.
- Clear Hazards: Remove any tripping hazards from the areas our crew will need to access.
Thank you for following these steps to help us provide you with the best possible service.
Will you bring out large items from different levels of the home or apartment?
Yes. Pricing may vary depending on access, including stairs, distance, or overall job difficulty. Any access related fees are discussed upfront so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
What form of payment do you accept?
Do you offer FREE Quotes?
Yes, we offer free estimates. For smaller jobs, photos are often enough to provide a reliable price range. For larger cleanouts or heavier loads, we recommend an on site estimate so we can give the most accurate quote and prevent any surprises. You can upload your photos via our contact form and ask for a quote or text us at (509)230-3687. You can also request an on-site estimate for the most accurate quote.
